Work With Me
Do you want to live well? Let me help you start by eating well.
Danielle has experience working with a variety of needs. Whether you desire to lose weight, gain weight, reduce blood sugar, lower cholesterol, reduce FODMAPS, manage IBS/SIBO, navigate food allergies, increase energy, or just clean up your diet, Danielle will guide you through the process.
I’m Danielle Crumble Smith, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who has spent the last decade helping people use food to heal, feel better, and live fully. I’ve worked in a wide range of settings—clinical inpatient and outpatient, bariatric surgery, diabetes management, eating disorder recovery, integrative and functional wellness, sports nutrition, and private practice—so I understand how complex real-life nutrition can be.
I grew up in Tennessee and have lived in California, Nevada, Alaska, Colorado, and now Georgia (right outside Chattanooga, TN). Along the way, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life: women trying to conceive, postpartum moms, teens, men, athletes, busy professionals, and those managing multiple chronic conditions. I love spending time with my family, running, and doing anything outdoors—and these days, eating well gives me the energy to keep up with my twin toddlers and baby.
I originally went into nutrition to learn how to fuel my own active lifestyle, but my focus shifted as my health declined. I was diagnosed with celiac disease, Lyme disease, SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), and hypothyroidism, and later navigated my own fertility challenges. Those experiences showed me just how powerful nutrition can be in gut health, autoimmune disease, hormone balance, and reproductive health. Some of the clients I feel most connected to are those dealing with IBS/SIBO, autoimmune conditions, thyroid issues, PCOS, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum recovery, bariatric surgery, diabetes, and eating disorders or disordered eating—because I know firsthand how frustrating it is to feel like your body is working against you and not know what to eat.
I take an integrative and functional approach to care, looking at how your body works as a whole while using evidence-based medical nutrition therapy. I love equipping my clients with practical, realistic ways to eat more nutrient-dense (and genuinely delicious) foods that support energy, digestion, hormones, blood sugar, mood, and long-term health. I also know that “real life” is busy—most people don’t have hours for food prep—so we focus on simple, sustainable changes that fit your schedule, budget, and preferences.
In our work together, you’ll find a nonjudgmental, weight-inclusive space where we make sense of all the conflicting nutrition information you’re bombarded with. I collaborate with you to create a personalized eating plan aligned with your health goals and values, using tools like intuitive eating, mindfulness-based strategies, behavior change science, and nervous system–aware support. My goal is to help you build progressive, realistic habits that improve your health, repair your relationship with food, and empower you to feel at home in your body for the long run.

For the past 13 years, Patricia has dedicated her career to helping people feel confident, capable, and supported in their wellness journey. As a Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered (NDTR), she specializes in sustainable weight loss, GLP-1 medication nutrition support, and long-term lifestyle change.
Patricia understands that nutrition can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re navigating appetite changes, weight-loss plateaus, or the unique needs that come with GLP-1 medications. Drawing on behavior change strategies and motivational interviewing, she creates simple, practical plans that fit into busy, real-life routines.
Her approach is both evidence-based and deeply human. Patricia works side-by-side with clients to protect muscle mass, support balanced eating, improve energy, and develop a healthier relationship with food—without shame, stress, or extreme restriction. She enjoys working with adults and teens and is passionate about helping people build habits they can maintain long-term.
Outside of sessions, Patricia loves spending time outdoors—hiking, biking, and staying active in ways that feel joyful. She brings that same energy into her work, encouraging clients to find movement and meals that they genuinely enjoy.
When working with Patricia, clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make changes that not only work, but last.
