Service Description

Initial 60-minute nutrition evaluation + one 30 minute follow up appointment + one 15 minute follow up appointment Initial 60-minute Assessment to discuss goals, medical history, family medical history, available lab work, diet history including portion sizes, food preferences, medications, supplement use, exercise habits. Based on your assessment, Danielle then provides recommendations that are designed to help you achieve your specific nutrition and health goals. One 30-minute follow-up appointment during which Danielle reviews your progress with the specific goals that were set and builds upon those goals. One 15-minute follow up visit to see how you are doing on your journey to better health and make any further recommendations.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advanced. This first missed appointment is waived and can be re-scheduled. Following missed appointments are subject to a $25 no show fee.
