Be confident that you’re choosing foods to nourish your body, fuel performance, and support a healthy weight. You’ll receive a healthy grocery list and a nutrition-label reading tip sheet.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advanced. This first missed appointment is waived and can be re-scheduled. Following missed appointments are subject to a $25 no show fee.
