Initial Nutrition Assessment

Service Description

This is great for the individual who already has a healthy routine but has a few nutrition questions/concerns that you’d like to have answered. Maybe you want your food log reviewed to make sure you’re eating to support your goals, or, perhaps you question whether or not you’re taking the correct (or too many) supplements. Whatever your concerns are, have them addressed in a 60-minute visit. This also is for the individual who is unsure which nutrition path they'd like to take. In the initial consult, I will address nutrition-related concerns and help you choose the appropriate nutrition plan of action. If after this session you decide you'd like a long-term, lifestyle change, you can upgrade to a nutrition package.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me 24 hours in advanced. This first missed appointment is waived and can be re-scheduled. Following missed appointments are subject to a $25 no show fee.
